Last night I had a dream that woke me up in the middle of the night. In the dream, I was at my computer just doing what I usually do. I could not tell what time of day it was because the only thing that stood out was that I was looking at my monitor. Suddenly, the power went out and it was dark.The feeling that I got was that this darkness was not a normal darkness. I remember thinking that it was so strange that it was dark. Then the darkness got even darker if you can imagine that. Kind of like the darkness in Revelation 16:10.
The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony 11 and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
It was so dark that you could not see anything at all. There was no light anywhere to take away any of the darkness. In the dream I put my hands over my ears because the darkness was so loud. Then I felt myself being pulled away, not a physical pulling, but more like I was dematerializing and going up. I knew it was the rapture and I was going to go meet Jesus. At that point I woke up.
I don’t know what the darkness had to do with the rapture but that is what I dreamed.
